We are looking for a Specialist technical support to join our team and to work with passionate, insightful and motivated professionals.

Technical support specialists provide technical support, advice, and assistance to consumers and businesses with technical, hardware, and software system problems. Specialists deal directly with end users and must effectively communicate answers in a way they can understand. Technical support specialists must have excellent working knowledge of all the systems and services provided to be able to support bank employees and create a positive experience for each requester. This position is required to work shifts and provide 24/7 support.

Main responsibilities:
Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
Repsonsible for day closer procedure
Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems
Be “on-call” for all periods as assigned by manager, including participation in after hours support
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests

1. Education Required:
A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred
2. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
Knowledge of basic Networking, TCP/IP and Windows file sharing
Knowledge of Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, Windows 7, Windows 10 is desirable
Good writing, communication, mechanical, and computer skills
Should be knowledgeable in diagnosing/fixing/troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Ability to assist in troubleshooting network and system issues
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Self-starter and drive to take initiative and own issues
Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, customers, partners, and corporate executives
Languages: very good English and Romanian
The following will be considered as an advantage:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science related field or have MCSE Certification
Hands on Experience with CSoft, SmartInfo or any other CoreBankng software
