Our current client a Bulgarian start-up BPO company, which just starts operations with their first long-term and full-time iGaming project. On their behalf, we are currently looking for an experienced Sales Agent who would be willing to join and help them grow on a local and global level. Purpose of the position:
- The Sales Agent is responsible for implementing the company’s sales strategy and achieving the set business goals. His main role is to increase revenue and develop long-term relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business prospects in the iGaming space.
- Manage the entire sales process, including negotiation and closing deals.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and platform demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Work with teams to customize offerings and ensure seamless implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and processes.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Execute sales strategies in line with company business goals.
- Monitoring and analyzing the market, competition and customer needs.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners
- Participating in negotiations and concluding contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Preparing periodic reports and analyses of sales performance.
- Managing a CRM system for tracking customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Higher education in business administration, marketing, economics or information technology.
- Additional training and certifications in sales, management and communications are an advantage.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the iGaming industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Solid understanding of iGaming platforms, services and industry dynamics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Negotiation and persuasion skills. Analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge in the field of IT solutions and technologies is an advantage
