Their projects are in the area of Industry Digitalization, IT Security, Collaboration, Application Modernization, Infrastructure Transformation, Technology Services, and Sales & Customer Services. The company has a brand new head office, located in Business Park Sofia, Sofia, Bulgaria.

On their behalf, we are currently looking forа a Video Service Desk Agent who will join the local support team of the biggest global banking and financial institution.


Responsibilities:
Schedule, manage, monitor, and control video conferences with Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS)
Guide users on how to book, manage, and operate WebEx sessions
Assist users in Video session recording and streaming
Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the VNOC supervisor
Respond to client calls and inquiries to the VNOC main number

Requirements:
Knowledge of operating and scheduling VC sessions with Cisco TMS
Knowledge of video conferencing and streaming protocols, such as H.323, SIP, and audio/video standards
Fluent command of English
Good knowledge of the fundamental concepts of videoconferencing technology and the ability to provide timely assistance
Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions
Excellent client support skills
