Commercial Analyst

Essential Duties:

• Create and deliver accurate and reliable reporting, dashboards, charts, modules on consumer behaviour in a timely manner.
• Tell stories with data – visualize data to explain theories/suggest actions or challenge decisions.
• Provide expert and advisory support across teams in defining KPIs and metrics as required. Analyse and monitor the defined KPIs and metrics via regular reporting.
• Support SVP of Consumer and Digital Wallets team in launching new features and functionality in Paysafe’s global digital wallets business via assessments and business cases which adequately capture the quantifiable and non-quantifiable characteristics of a proposed project/ product/ provider.
• Conduct digital wallet business analysis by gathering product and market data and translating such data into actionable business insights.
• Present results to the business in a structured, data-driven manner - simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Champion the use of data to derive commercial insights and drive action, ensuring customer and corridor data and trends are at the heart of every business decision.
• Work closely with the Paysafe Consumer team and internal stakeholders, including (but not limited to) Product, Programme, Customer Operations, Finance & Business intelligence teams to define and implement desired reports and dashboards on the Consumer business.

Your Profile:

• Business analysis experience, particularly in the area of consumer performance and behaviour.
• The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real-world delivery and mentoring tasks.
• The ability to put data into context, understanding wider industry trends relevant to the market.
• The ability to visualize data to an easily comprehensible view.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
• An ability to see the bigger picture: a problem-solving approach that gets to the underlying business questions, using a variety of data sources and information.
• Passion for learning, able to quickly adopt new business concepts and technologies.
• Previous experience in fintech or financial services would be advantageous.
