Backoffice Platform Coordinator with Italian and English

For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer
service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for
– Backoffice Platform Coordinator with Italian and English.

Key Responsibilities:
*Answer customer emails using a support system;
*Help users recover their accounts or passwords;
*Assist with refund requests when needed;
*Give clear answers about the games and how the platform works;
*Keep customers happy by solving issues quickly and kindly;
*Be a friendly and helpful representative of the brand.

Requirements:
*Excellent Italian skills and very good English;
*Good writing and communication skills.;
*Basic computer and typing skills;
*Interest in games or gaming platforms is a plus;
*Positive attitude and willingness to help people;
*Team player with a proactive and curious mindset.
