For one of our clients - а leading technology company offering innovative services in cloud,
AI, and engineering for diverse sectors, we are looking for – Receivables Coordinator with
German (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
*Overseeing customer accounts and securing timely payments through outbound/inbound
calls and other channels;
*Maintaining up-to-date records, reconciling balances, and reviewing payment trends;
*Monitoring and achieving monthly and quarterly cash collection targets;
*Ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial procedures;
*Handling customer payment issues through effective negotiation while preserving relationships;
*Applying credit control measures and corrective steps when needed;
*Keeping account ledgers accurate, clear, and current;
*Identifying and resolving account discrepancies using strong analytical skills.
Qualifications:
*Proven background in debt collection or credit control;
*Skilled in SAP is a plus, PC knowledge, especially MS Office;
*Strong numerical aptitude and financial literacy;
*Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently;
*Excellent at resolving issues and addressing customer concerns;
*Fluent in German and proficient in English, with excellent communication skills;
*Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure;
*Strong team player with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
Our client offers
*The working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, with a shift from 10:00 to 19:00 for half of the month.
