Healthcare Equipment Support Specialist with Hebrew and English (day and night shifts/remote)

For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced
sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for
– Healthcare Equipment Support Specialist with Hebrew and English (day and night
shifts/remote).

Responsibilities:
*Provide customer assistance in both Hebrew and English through phone or email;
*Help users diagnose and resolve issues related to medical equipment;
*Forward more complex technical issues to senior support teams or engineers when needed;
*Accurately record all customer interactions and solutions in the system;
*Maintain professionalism and empathy during both day and night shifts in a remote work
setting.

Qualifications:
*Proficiency in Hebrew (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written;
*Strong communication and troubleshooting skills;
*Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn about medical equipment;
*Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts;
*Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
