Online Sports Support Representative with German and English (Day or Later Shifts)

For one of our clients – а global business services provider focused on improving customer
engagement and boosting business outcomes for leading global brands, we are looking for
– Online Sports Support Representative with German and English (Day or Later Shifts).

Responsibilities:
*Deliver exceptional and reliable support services to users engaging with virtual sports
platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience;
*Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints with efficiency, courtesy, and
professionalism, aiming for swift resolution;
*Guide users step by step through virtual sports games and digital betting interfaces, offering
clear explanations and helpful tips;
*Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and helpful
solutions tailored to individual user needs;
*Interact with users in a respectful, composed, and empathetic manner, especially when
managing sensitive or challenging concerns;
*Identify and track any technical malfunctions, glitches, or inconsistencies within the system,
and promptly escalate them to the appropriate technical or development teams for
investigation and resolution.

Qualifications:
*Full professional fluency in German (excellent verbal and written communication skills) and
strong English proficiency;
*Deep interest in and enthusiasm for virtual sports, interactive gaming environments, and
emerging digital technologies;
*Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset when addressing
customer needs or resolving complex issues;
*Demonstrated ability to stay composed, courteous, and resourceful when managing high-
pressure or difficult customer interactions;
*Highly self-driven with the ability to take initiative, prioritize effectively, and collaborate
productively within a team environment;
*Keen eye for detail, with strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle several tasks
or inquiries simultaneously without compromising quality.
