For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of
beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Shared Services Dispute
Coordinator with German and English (Hybrid shifts).
Responsibilities:
*Builds strong partnerships with business units, supporting smooth integration of dispute
resolution processes;
*Aids the transition team in transferring discrepancy-related and Customer to Cash (CTC)
tasks to Shared Services;
*Delivers high-quality service to key stakeholders — customers, vendors, staff, management,
and regulators;
*Ensures compliance with internal policies, including approval flows and financial rules;
*Manages customer queries efficiently, resolving them promptly and escalating when needed;
*Handles urgent complaints swiftly and appropriately;
*Cooperates with the Dispute Management Team to resolve issues per set procedures and
timelines.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
*Experience in a multinational or Shared Services environment;
*Strong command of German and English for effective communication;
*Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence;
*Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal;
*Team player with initiative and a supportive attitude;
*Well-organized with solid time management and task prioritization abilities.
