Your mission
Love gaming and enjoy helping people? Join a dynamic team where you’ll support German-speaking players through email, helping them resolve account, payment, and gameplay issues while ensuring a smooth player experience.

What you’ll do
• Respond to player inquiries in German and English via email.
• Investigate account, transaction, gameplay, and technical issues using internal tools.
• Provide clear, accurate, and friendly responses.
• Escalate complex cases and document all relevant details.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support processes.

What you bring
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Previous experience in back-office support, customer service, or gaming is an advantage.

Your schedule
• Monday–Sunday, with rotating 8-hour shifts.
• 24/7 operational coverage, including weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
• Remote work may be available temporarily during the initial period.
