For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency
and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Customer Support Specialist with
Danish or Norwegian or Swedish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
*Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner;
*Assist customers with troubleshooting, orders, and general questions;
*Ensure each customer receives a clear and helpful response tailored to their needs;
*Accurately record customer cases and follow up when needed;
*Follow company workflows to deliver consistent and reliable support;
*Cooperate with other team members to share knowledge and improve service quality.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish, plus good command of English;
*Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude;
*Previous experience in customer support is helpful but not mandatory;
*Able to multitask and manage time effectively during busy periods;
*Open to working on shifts, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays;
*Comfortable using online platforms, systems, and support tools.
