For one of our clients - a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality
outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are
looking for – Entry-level Customer Service Representative with Slovak or Romanian or
Slovenian and English.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone;
*Assist users with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries in a professional and
friendly manner;
*Guide customers through features and functionalities of the product to ensure a smooth user
experience;
*Escalate technical issues or complex queries to relevant internal teams when necessary;
*Document all customer interactions clearly in the internal system;
*Stay up to date with product updates and innovations to offer accurate and timely support.

Requirements:
*Fluency in Slovak, Romanian, or Slovenian, and a good command of English (written and spoken);
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset;
*Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn about innovative digital products;
*Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required;
*Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
*Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow within a supportive, international team.
