Key Details About the Position
Working hours: Full-time, rotating shifts covering 24/7 operations, including day, evening, and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Work arrangement: Fully remote within Bulgaria, with occasional office visits required for specific company events or activities.
Communication channels: Phone and chat.
Contract type: Permanent employment contract.
Language requirement: English – C1 level or higher.
What will your responsibilities be?
Assist airline customers via phone and chat with questions and requests related to their travel arrangements.
Provide professional, customer-focused support and help resolve issues efficiently.
Follow established procedures and quality standards.
Document customer interactions and work with different systems and tools.
Collaborate with your team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What are we looking for?
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with airline reservation systems is an advantage, but not a requirement.
