Who we’re looking for:
Motivated individuals who are eager to support customers with professional, friendly communication.
Minimum B2-level German: Strong written German language skills to assist customers effectively. (No English requiered)
Good PC skills: Comfort with navigating various software programs and tools.
Customer-Oriented: A natural ability to empathize with customers and a passion for solving their issues.
Adaptability: Able to adjust to changing priorities and handle different customer situations.
Data Protection & Confidentiality: Committed to maintaining customer confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
Flexibility & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions.
Team players who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
