Job Description

Antivirus Support Specialist
Deliver superior customer service for antivirus software, handling inquiries about accounts, subscriptions, and technical issues via phone and remote sessions.
Problem Solver
Assist customers with product purchases, renewals, refunds, and account-related issues—ensuring smooth, high-quality service.
Technical Expertise
Guide users through the installation, reinstallation, and troubleshooting of antivirus software to ensure optimal functionality and security.
Qualifications
Fluency in German (B2H/C1 level)
Good English skills (B2 level)
Customer service experience is a strong advantage
Basic PC technical knowledge and multitasking skills
Strong communication & relationship-building abilities
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner
