IT Business Analyst and Service Coordinator- Пловдив
On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for experienced IT Business Analyst and Service Coordinator. The company is the only global specialist in energy management and the world leader in energy efficiency.

Position responsibilities:
- Represents the face of IT towards Business, prepares status updates, meets top management on a quarterly basis and provides progress updates as well as collects business plans and needs, handles escalations;
- Ensures professional IT communication in Bulgarian and English, user competence growth (i.e. Training) and good Business collaboration;
- Controls/coordinates IT operation, development and support services of infrastructure (including SW, HW, telecommunication and data networks) and non-SAP application support and development provided in a subcontracted IT support model;
- Manages and controls Application and Infrastructure projects, performs local administrative activities to ensure successful execution;
- Prepares cost assessment and budget plans based on historical information (SAP) and forecasted project/development cost;
- Organizes business meetings with key users and prepares minutes and specifications for user needs;
- Controls development of new applications conforms to specification and support of existing applications;
- Perform data administration and maintenance of all sites in Asset database and Purchasing system conform audit requirements;
- Perform quality reports regarding services and audit requirements;
- Contributes to IT and Telecommunication contract preparation and maintenance;
- Contributes to process improvement and documentation. Sharing best practices with other countries;
- Our new colleague will work in close collaboration with a senior Business Analyst and strategic IT partners of the company and will report directly to IT Southern Eastern manager.

- IT/Telecommunication/SW developer professional degree, College or university studies;
- Experience with service management and control experience based on SLAs, OLAs with internal operation and vendors;
- Experience with Project management and Business communication experience;
- 3years Vendor management on operational level, control through ticketing system;
- 1-2 years .net, MS VB, BI development experience;
- Upper-Intermediate English speaker used on daily bases with international teams;

Bonus points:
- ITIL, Six Sigma education is an advantage;
- Cisco/Avaya experience is an advantage;
- Server administration (MS environment) experience is an advantage;

- Upper-Intermediate English speaker, language skills used on a daily bases in cooperation with international teams;
- Driving license (B category).
