They believe that talent comes in all shapes and sizes, which is why we're excited to invite aspiring individuals to join their team as Sales Engineer. No previous experience is necessary, just a passion for learning and a drive to make an impact.

Key responsibilities will include:
Customer care within the assigned industries and the assigned sales area respectively;
Responsible for incoming orders, turnover and margin development;
Requirement analysis for all product segments;
Expansion of the product portfolio at existing customers – focus on customer development and fostering long-term customer relationships;
Acquisition of new customers in the assigned sales area;
Clarification, compilation and coordination of customer requests in cooperation with Inside Sales, Market Product Managers, Market Product Specialist, Market Application Engineers;

Sales activity planning and documentation via CRM tool: Opportunity creation, development and follow up; quote tracking; campaign- and visit reports; account plan creation;
Cultivation of customer relationships;
Development of industry know-how in the relevant industries;
Trend-setting and acceptance of trends in the assigned industries.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn;
Previous sales experience would be considered an advantage;
A desire to explore the world of sensors and their applications;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Curiosity and a drive to understand and solve problems;
Team player with a positive attitude and a thirst for knowledge;
Proficiency in English - both spoken and written;
Active driver (you will be required to spend 3 days per week visiting clients).
