Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Ability to preform all the functions of the Project Manger (Level 3).
Routinely performs as project manager for strategic clients on large complex projects & multi solution projects exceeding 12 months in duration or having significant budget impact for the business unit P&L.
May serve in an assistant capacity on multi-year, multi-million dollar programs or provide project support and leadership on multiple projects.
Provide task assignments, work direction and guidance to the project team to achieve quality results.
Provide individual performance assessment of project management staff and provide coaching and feedback to promote professional growth. May participate in the applicant interviewing process and make hiring recommendations.
Develop and compose business cases to support the acquisition or development of critical project components or strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years related experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred
PMI Accredited - Project Management Professional qualification
Excellent knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to travel
Fluent English speaker
