Reporting Specialist

We are looking for Reporting Specialist:

The Reporting Specialist is responsible that quality reports (both ad-hoc and scheduled) are delivered accurately and on time.
This role requires coordination across multiple departments and their processes in order to provide reporting insights and support.

Main tasks and responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions such as dashboard and reports;
- Design the end to end business data flows, up to the KPIs;
- Develop reports to track performance, identify KPIs and perform statistical analyses;
- Understand the structure and the purpose of existing reports/dashboards;
- Provide support when needed to different stakeholders regarding reports/dashboards;
- Document BI solutions and processes;
- Develop ad-hoc reports by using various database systems;
-Implement data collection schemes to optimise process efficiency and data quality;

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degrees in relevant field;
- Professional experience in a similar role is a big plus;
- Knowledge in Business Intelligence & data visualization tools (for example PowerBI, QlickSense, Tablue);
- Understanding of SQL and Database principles will be considered an advantage;
- Great Excel skills are a must;
- Financial background;


- Love working with data, exploring, digging and analyzing;
- Great attention to details and focus on producing high-quality, easy to read/understand reporting;
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong focus on continuous improvement;
- Able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing and challenging environment;
- Open mindedness and eagerness to learn about different systems;
- Fluent English – both verbal and written; German gives you extra points
