For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-
of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking
for – Insurance Specialist with German (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
*Manage B2B insurance-related requests via email, including policy updates, invoicing, and
cancellations;
*Support contract administration, ensuring timely processing and compliance with regulations;
*Oversee document handling and order processing within insurance operations;
*Assist with the preparation, tracking, and reconciliation of invoices and claims;
*Communicate with clients to clarify missing information or confirm contractual changes;
*Maintain accurate records and support internal audits and reporting requirements;
*Make occasional outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
*Proficient in German (B2 level); English at B1 level for internal communication;
*Experience in insurance, contract administration, or back-office customer support is an advantage;
*Familiarity with invoicing, compliance, and service management processes;
*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a structured environment;
*Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
*Comfortable working with email, CRM systems, and MS Office tools;
*Team player with a customer-focused mindset and professional communication skills.
