Part-Time Technical Support Assistant with German or Danish, French or Norwegian

For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency
and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Part-Time Technical Support
Assistant with German or Danish, or French, or Norwegian.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide basic technical support via phone, email, and live chat;
*Assist customers with common troubleshooting steps;
*Escalate complex issues to senior support staff;
*Maintain polite and professional communication at all times;
*Accurately document customer interactions and solutions;
*Stay informed about common technical issues in the gaming industry.

Requirements:
*Availability for part-time work (approximately 4 or 6 hours/day);
*Interest in gaming and familiarity with common platforms;
*Good technical orientation and willingness to learn;
*Excellent German or Danish, or French, or Norwegian and very good English;
*Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude;
*Previous support experience is a plus, but not required.
