Your responsibilities will involve:
Provides cooperation and opinion on the tax treatment of contracts, transactions, deals and processes where the Bank is one of the parties;
Reviews all contracts of the Bank with foreign suppliers and defines the deliveries tax treatment, collects/requests all necessary documents;
Interacts with third parties in relation with tax analyses and transactions documentations incl. transfer pricing;
Communicates with tax authorities and other government bodies, responds to tax related correspondence, assures researches on tax issues as they arise;
Prepares monthly reports for management/ad hoc reports for other requesting roles;
Communicates with external auditors and consultants on all tax related issues, supports preparation of regular/ad-hoc reports and materials upon their request;
Performs reconciliation of all tax payables/receivables related accounts;
Assists in the preparation of the annual tax return and all related reports;
Performs tax analytical functions as assigned;
Takes part in and/or leads the development of different procedures and processes related to the tax function incl. implementation of technical decisions/software applications, tax planning etc;
Computes all types of taxes owed, prepares tax returns, ensures prompt payment/reporting (WHT, VAT and all other taxes) and assists in the preparation of the annual tax return and all related reports.

We are looking for a person with:
Three years of progressively responsible experience in Tax function;
Knowledge of statutory accounting principles;
Strong research, analytical and accounting skills with attention to detail;
Strong knowledge of accounting laws and procedures;
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a tight deadline driven environment;
Fluent level of English;
Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
