What You'll be Doing
Looking for the opportunity to work side by side with people from all around the globe, providing support for customers of worldwide-known manufacturer and supplier of Peripherals, Gaming & Audio Devices, Web Cameras, Security Systems and Harmony Remotes? You’ll be working with our Logitech team.

On a typical day, you'll 
· Accept requests through phone and email to identify and fix the problem
· Respond to customers via email, chat and voice communication
· Provide great customer experience by managing customer’s expectations
· Keep customers informed, setting and following up on commitments, keeping precise case documentation and case ownership
· Meet deadlines and delivering services, respecting customers’ service level agreements
· Keep yourself educated of the supported products and technology as well as the applicable technical support tools
· Passion for & commitment to delivering the best support experience in a Business to Business (B2B) environment
· Previous work experience in TSR, B2B or IT related background in general
· Experience using video conferencing tools like Zoom, Skype for Business, Citrix or others
· Ability to provide detailed instructions on installation of video conferencing systems over email and voice.
