We are actively seeking a Sales Onboarding Advisor with Italian and English for a potential upcoming engagement, working on-site from our office in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will play a vital role in welcoming and onboarding new customers for our client, a global leader in digital advertising solutions.

What You’ll be Doing:

As a Sales Onboarding Advisor, you’ll guide newly signed clients through their initial experience with the product and help set them up for long-term success. Your role will involve providing consultative support, helping them understand platform capabilities, and driving adoption of key features.

Your day-to-day work will be connected to:
Conducting consultative onboarding calls with new customers to help them set up and optimize their business accounts.
Delivering tailored guidance based on customer goals and business models.
Educating clients on platform best practices and advertising strategies.
Helping clients identify the right features, tools, and campaigns to meet their objectives.
Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding journey.
You will align well with our team if you possess:
Fluency in Italian and English;
Previous experience in a customer-facing or consultative role (sales, onboarding, account management, or customer success);
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
The ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
Motivation to help businesses grow through digital advertising solutions;
A proactive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
