What You’ll be Doing:

As a Reporting Specialist, you will be in charge of supporting the regional product lifecycle function, that is focal point between the supply chain, the regional supply chain functions, and partner functions. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.

On a typical day, you’ll:
Follow up on regional part strategies;
Execute supply chain operational deliverables, repair, delivery, and regional master data quality for lifecycle events while balancing cost;
Responsible for customer satisfaction;
CS & product division product performance goals.
