About our Company
RIF is a Ukrainian manufacturer of confectionery products, protein bars, chocolate, candy and snack products.
The company has a Polish branch — RIF Polska, located in Toruń, Poland. Sales can be made either directly from the Ukrainian manufacturer or through the Polish company, from already customs-cleared goods held in a warehouse in Poland.
The company's product range includes:
• protein bars;
• confectionery bars;
• chocolate;
• candy;
products for B2B, distribution, retail chains and private label / custom packaging projects.
The candidate works remotely, independently finding and attracting clients in European countries.
The operational side — documents, logistics, warehousing, invoices, shipment — can be handled by RIF / RIF Polska.
The candidate's main task: find a client, establish contact, conduct initial negotiations and bring the client to the point of interest, inquiry, test order or regular cooperation.
Main compensation: agency commission of 2% on the invoice amount of each actual shipment / delivery. This applies to every shipped order, including recurring orders from the same customer, so the agent's income grows together with the volume and frequency of orders from the clients they bring in.
The commission is paid against invoices issued by the candidate as a registered self-employed / sole proprietor. Payment cannot be made to a private individual without such registration.
Our main aim is that the agent's earning potential comes from commission on actual sales volume generated. Drawing attention that there is NO FIXED MONTHLY PAYMENT. Only 2% commission payments after actual shipments.
