Your mission
Are you a great communicator with an interest in technology and helping people? Join an international customer experience company and support Polish-speaking customers with medical devices, combining problem-solving with meaningful customer care.

What you’ll do
• Handle incoming customer calls and emails about medical equipment and related services.
• Guide users through technical issues and troubleshooting steps.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently and forward more complex cases to the relevant teams.
• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely solutions.

What you bring
• Fluent Polish and very good English skills.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, solution-focused mindset.
• Confidence in handling technical questions and explaining information clearly.
• Previous customer support or call center experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with medical devices, support platforms, or MS Office is a plus.

Your schedule
• Monday–Friday.
• Fully remote work model.
