Senior Systems and Networking Support Specialist

For one of our clients – a global leader in data management, fueled by innovation, fresh ideas,
and a collaborative team culture at our core, we are looking for – Senior Systems and
Networking Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
*Handle complex technical queries through chat, phone, and email;
*Investigate and resolve issues using logs, traces, and diagnostics tools;
*Recreate problems to find root causes and test solutions;
*Work closely with engineering teams on bug fixes and improvements;
*Keep support cases well-documented and up to date;
*Share knowledge by writing helpful articles and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications:
*Over 2-5 years of practical experience in technical support, IT operations, or cybersecurity
environments;
*Excellent English; strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail;
*Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments;
*Basic knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL;
*Familiar with virtual machines and hypervisors (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V);
*Good grasp of networking and security (VPNs, TLS, firewalls, etc.);
*Experience with cloud platforms or backup tools is a plus.
