IT Operations Support Specialist

For one of our clients – a worldwide leader in information management, driven by innovation,
original thinking, and a strong spirit of teamwork at the core of our company culture, we are
looking for – IT Operations Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
*Deliver expert-level technical support to customers through chat, phone, and email;
*Diagnose and resolve issues on Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server platforms;
*Help troubleshoot container environments using Docker and Kubernetes (pods, services, etc.);
*Run basic queries and check logs to resolve database issues (PostgreSQL, Vertica);
*Identify and fix common network-related problems (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, TLS/SSL);
*Test and debug REST API calls to ensure smooth integrations.

Qualifications:
*Over 2-5 years of practical experience in technical support, IT operations, or cybersecurity
environments;
*Excellent English; solid experience working with Linux systems and basic Windows Server knowledge;
*Familiar with container tools like Docker and Kubernetes basics (pods, services, kubectl);
*Comfortable working with SQL queries and reviewing database logs (PostgreSQL/Vertica);
*Good grasp of networking essentials, including HTTP/S, SSL, and IP protocols;
*Know how to test APIs using tools like Postman or curl;
*Strong analytical skills and a clear, customer-friendly communication style.
