For one of our clients – a worldwide leader in information management, driven by innovation,
original thinking, and a strong spirit of teamwork at the core of our company culture, we are
looking for – Experienced Cyber Security Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:
*Deliver expert-level support to customers via chat, phone, and email, helping them resolve
technical issues efficiently;
*Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical challenges by replicating issues and
pinpointing their root cause;
*Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to report bugs, verify fixes, and test patches;
*Keep support cases well-documented and up to date in the CRM system;
*Contribute to our knowledge base by writing and improving helpful technical articles;
*Support team growth by mentoring colleagues and sharing your technical know-how.

Qualifications:
*Over 2-5 years of practical experience in technical support, IT operations, or cybersecurity
environments;
*Excellent English; strong background in troubleshooting both Windows and Linux operating
systems;
*Confident using diagnostic tools such as logs, traces, and memory dumps to investigate issues;
*Solid understanding of various database systems, including SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle,
MongoDB, and MySQL;
*Practical experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V;
*Familiar with core networking and security protocols like TCP/IP, TLS/SSL, REST APIs, and SAML;
*Experience working with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, eDirectory) and
managing web/app servers like Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and Jboss.
