Advanced Technical Support Engineer – ADM Team

For one of our clients – a global leader in data management, fueled by innovation, fresh ideas,
and a collaborative team culture at our core, we are looking for – Advanced Technical
Support Engineer – ADM Team.

Responsibilities:
*Handle advanced technical queries from customers via chat, phone, and email;
*Investigate and resolve software and system issues in Windows environments;
*Work closely with Engineering to report bugs and test fixes;
* Review logs, SQL data, and application data management workflows to pinpoint and solve
problems;
*Keep clear and updated records of support cases;
*Share your knowledge by writing helpful articles and tips.

Qualifications:
*Over 2-5 years of practical experience in technical support, IT operations, or cybersecurity
environments;
*Excellent English; strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server troubleshooting;
*Good grasp of software support and lifecycle processes;
*Solid understanding of networking basics (HTTP/HTTPS, servers);
*Comfortable writing SQL queries and reading logs;
*Familiar with REST/SOAP APIs and how they connect to apps;
*Basic awareness of encryption, SSL, and data security.
