MS WINDOWS / OFFICE 365 SUPPORT ENGINEER WITH GERMAN


Your responsibilities:

This role involves providing 2nd-level support for a wide range of IT systems, including Windows Server environments, VMware ESXi virtualization, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. The responsibilities include patch management, resolving complex technical issues related to file sharing, user access, and server performance, as well as ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices. In this position, you will also communicate and work with cross-functional teams, contributing to documentation and helping enhance overall support efficiency.

Essential requirements for the role:

- 1+ years of professional experience in 2nd-level technical / IT support or systems administration roles is a must
- Strong expertise in MS Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams);
- Good knowledge of MS Active Directory management and troubleshooting, and experience with VMware ESXi environments;
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);
- Good understanding of ITIL principles and best practices;
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- Very good command of both the German and English languages (B2 level);
- Relevant certifications (MCSA, MCSE, ITIL Foundation) are considered an advantage, but are not mandatory!
