In this role, you will support the Cargotec Customer Master Data process including performance measures, process standards and policies via touch points and interfaces to related process areas.

Your daily challenges:

• Support the maintenance of Customer Master records, including, but not limited to Customer Creation, Change of accounts, Master Data Service Management, 3rd Party outsourcing partner Service Tickets handling, etc.
• Coordinate with other business functions (Credit Control and Collections, IC, AR, Customer Service, Sales Support, Information Technology, etc) to ensure timely and accurate customer data maintenance – supporting transactions and downstream processes
• Provide high quality master data by utilizing customer master audit reports to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Customer sales transactions involvement, as necessary, to complete order process related to changes in customer master information
• Participate in process improvements based on investigation/analysis and solicited feedback, including updates to audit and training materials
• Execute quality checks and ad-hoc reports
• Basic understanding of key business processes (credit, sales reporting, order-to-cash) and supporting information systems/databases
• Coordinate with IT support personnel to ensure enhancements and production support items are prioritized, requirements and design completed, tested, and implemented in a timely manner
• Provide training of Cargotec systems customers and new team members
• Identify improvement areas and suggest development of the processes accordingly and has project role in CMD development projects
• Support the Supervisor/TL in communication / escalation process to ensure alignment of interested parties
• Supporting role in TO-BE processes design as a collaborative function to the Global Process Owner, the Supervisor and/or TL
• Support 3rd Party outsourcing partner CMD Team operations
• Working time for the role will be on late shifts - Mon-Fri - 12.00- 21.00

What you'll need to succeed:

The ideal candidate has good communication, organisational and analytical skills, demonstrates logical thinking and has process oriented mindset and always drive for the best possible end state for number of different stakeholders.

Ideally you have:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics
• SAP experience - strong plus
• Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), Powerpoint and process mapping tools
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required, other languages being an asset
• Willing to travel and international mind-set
