Technical Support Specialist with Italian and English (Renewable Energy Project)

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our renewable energy project. Working in a hybrid model in Sofia, you will provide technical support via telephone, email, and live chat for renewable energy products, ensuring top-tier customer service and swift problem resolution.
This role reports to the Support Team Lead and focuses on providing excellent customer care, technical troubleshooting, and escalating complex issues when needed.
What would you be doing?
Assist in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving product inquiries for clients;
Provide support to dealers and homeowners during and after system installation and commissioning;
Troubleshoot photovoltaic installations via phone, email, and live chat;
Document all customer interactions in our CRM system and follow up until cases are resolved;
Escalate complex cases to the next level of support or Team Lead as necessary;
Meet group and individual performance metrics, including response times and resolution rates;
Adhere to Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality standards and regulations;
Handle transactions like returns and exchanges (RMAs).

What we’re looking for:
Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role;
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English language;
Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team;
Knowledge of renewable energy products or systems is an advantage;
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
