Sutherland is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable person to join us as a Sr Assoc - HRSS Generalist. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Duties and Responsibilities:
Professionally and accurately respond to written and oral queries from Employees / Ex-Employees regarding queries, concerns and requests pertaining to changes in their life-cycle and / or post separation
Interface with HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll personnel to assist in the administration and support of employee queries and requests
Responsible for the employee file maintenance
Maintain high degree of confidentiality
Execute other lawful tasks assigned by the management
Qualifications
Requires a college degree or 1-4 years of Human Resource experiencе
Requires knowledge on various areas of human resources including benefits, employment, pay-related practices / processes and compensation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work with a diverse group of employees
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Demonstrate еmployee experience оrientation
Strong verbal and written communication skills able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner
Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members
We will consider as advantage the previous experience with: Aladin and SuccessFactors
