Your Responsibilities:
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will:
Provide technical assistance to customers via phone and email
Guide users through the setup and troubleshooting of their devices
Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
Stay informed about product updates, network solutions, and support practices
Maintain excellent communication and deliver a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in German (B2–C1) – both spoken and written
Fluency in English (B2–C1) – both spoken and written
Basic understanding of internet connectivity, routers, and general troubleshooting
Interest in technology and consumer electronics
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work comfortably with various computer systems
Flexibility to work different shifts depending on your preferred schedul
