Junior Brand Sales Representative

For one of our clients - a global leader in the industry, established as one of the most
recognizable and preferred cosmetic brands in the world, we are on a lookout for confident
and energetic people for the role - Junior Brand Sales Representative.

Essential Responsibilities:
*Ensure optimal brand visibility and positioning of products across designated retail chain
stores in Sofia, with occasional short trips to Pernik and Blagoevgrad;
*Monitor and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and visual display in
accordance with brand guidelines;
*Regularly assess and report on retail presence using specialized software for on-site analysis
and photo documentation;
*Collaborate closely with store staff to ensure product availability, adequate stock levels, and
compliance with merchandising standards;
*Identify and act on opportunities to improve product visibility and shelf impact to drive sales;
*Support the sales team with relevant in-store feedback and insights to optimize promotional
and marketing activities.

Requirements:
*1 year of experience in sales or merchandising, preferably within the FMCG sector;
*Strong understanding of retail environments, including display and merchandising best practices;
*Good level of English (written and spoken) to communicate and report effectively;
*Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving merchandising and display challenges;
*Comfortable with frequent field visits and using mobile tools or software for data collection and reporting;
*Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a focus on results.
