IKEA is the world’s leading home furnishings retailer with 403 stores in 49 countries. IKEA started its operations in Bulgaria through House Market, which is a part of Fourlis Group of Companies. We are currently operating 5 stores in Greece, one in Cyprus and one in Bulgaria, 5 Pick-up points in Greece, two in Bulgaria and an online store in each country.

For our team in IKEA Sofia Store we are looking for:
Translator

Responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Translating into Bulgarian all product communication in PIA Local (p-tags) for all existing and new products;
• Translating into Bulgarian the Buying guides, in-store communication, online planning tools and various other documents;
• Translating/coordinating and proofread all materials translated by the IKEA Global translation agency;
• Translating into Bulgarian all trainings developed by InterIKEA that will be implemented in the company;
• Translating into Bulgarian all materials developed by our Service Office e.g. training materials;
• Integrating communication in line with the IKEA values;
• Securing a strong customer centric perspective, share and use trends, insights and business news.

Qualifications and Competences Required:

• Foreign Languages and level: English: Excellent;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• PC Skills: MS Office;
• Approximately 2 years working experience as a translator;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good planning, organizational and follow up skills;
• Team-oriented personality;
• Achievement drive and analytical abilities;
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines;
