Your mission
Ready to turn travel plans into great customer experiences? Join a famous international car rental company and become the friendly voice behind customers’ reservations. You’ll help travellers find the right options, create new bookings, and make changes to existing reservations - all while delivering service that makes every journey start smoothly.

What you’ll do
• Connect with customers via phone and email, assisting them with their rental inquiries.
• Create new reservations and modify existing bookings according to customers’ needs.
• Recommend suitable rental solutions and help customers find the best available options.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences by understanding individual needs and providing timely, helpful assistance.
• Contribute to the support process with a proactive and creative approach.
• Identify opportunities to add value to each interaction and achieve your performance targets.

What you bring
• Italian at C1 level – confident written and spoken communication.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to help.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to identify suitable solutions.
• Motivation to achieve targets and make the most of sales bonus opportunities.

• Working days: Monday to Friday.
