Your mission
Be the link between customers and a wide range of products and services — from travel bookings and flights to digital and technical solutions.
You’ll combine excellent communication with a commercial mindset, helping customers find the right solution while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.

What you'll do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats
• Support customers with travel-related requests
• Recommend relevant products and additional services
• Provide professional and empathetic customer support
• Moderate digital content and follow defined guidelines
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and services
• Advise clients on best practices and product optimization
• Support the implementation of various technical solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately

What you bring
• Excellent Swedish, German, Dutch, Arabic or Turkish
• Very good English
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused and commercially minded approach
• Interest in technology and digital solutions
• Sales experience is a plus
• Experience in Sales Operations or Data Services is an advantage
