For one of our clients – a global leader in customer experience and engagement – we are looking for a Flight Support Advisor to assist passengers for some of the world’s most recognized airline brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to incoming voice inquiries related to bookings, flight details, baggage policies, and travel offers
Providing fast, clear, and professional customer support
Troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a smooth journey
Representing leading airline brands with confidence and care

What You Bring:
Excellent spoken and written English
Previous experience in a customer-facing or call center role is an advantage
Calm and solution-oriented, especially in dynamic situations
Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking tools
