Logistics Customer Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and supervision of end-to-end logistics processes for international and local clients;
Monitoring transport orders, planning shipments, and following up on delivery status;
Working closely with carriers, subcontractors, and warehouse partners to ensure operational excellence;
Solving day-to-day operational issues, delays, and exceptions in a timely, customer-oriented way;
Maintaining accurate documentation and preparing transport or logistics reports;
Building strong relationships with clients and providing them with operational updates;
Supporting the Regional Manager in optimizing processes, implementing improvements, and maintaining service KPIs;
Participating in audits, quality checks, and improvement projects as required.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics, transport, or supply chain operations role. Big advantage will be background in international transport, 3PL operations or distribution;
Very good command of English (minimum B2), other languages are a plus;
Strong understanding of transport and warehouse processes;
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple priorities;
Solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility;
Good MS Office skills; knowledge of TMS/WMS systems will be an advantage;
Experience coordinating subcontractors and working in a cross-cultural environment.
