The Sourcing Officer is responsible for supporting the Soucing department and executing advanced sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. The role includes implementing sourcing strategies, exploring new sourcing tools and partnerships, and analyzing sourcing data to improve efficiency. It also involves supporting recruiters with complex sourcing needs and contributing to the continuous improvement of sourcing operations.
Responsibilities:
Participate in TA Management meetings and provide insights to refine sourcing strategies.
Understand key qualifications and skills for different roles, to tailor sourcing strategies effectively.
Post and update job ads across all platforms.
Coordinate referral process, handle referral inquiries and resolve issues.
Support the onboarding and coordination of new recruitment suppliers by ensuring their integration into HRIS and ATS systems.
Manage email campaigns to engage past applicants and former employees (internal) as well as job portal candidates (external) for sourcing and pipeline-building purposes.
Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates, using a mix of job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting techniques.
Perform deep research on talent pools, identifying emerging trends and areas with potential gaps in talent.
Proactively identify new sourcing partners (Universities, Associations, Job boards etc), tools, and technologies to continuously enhance sourcing capabilities and improve candidate pipeline quality.
Track and report key sourcing metrics (e.g., cost per hire, referral cost, sourcing channel effectiveness) to evaluate the success of sourcing strategies and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Oversee the agency invoicing process by validating hires, generating purchase orders (POs), and tracking all transaction details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Skills:
Advanced level of English & Bulgarian languages
Expertise in sourcing techniques to attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple sourcing projects and tasks.
Solid analysis skills to track sourcing metrics, evaluate channel effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
Problem-solving skills to adapt sourcing strategies and handle urgent hiring needs effectively.
Attention to detail and basic invoice processing knowledge.
Collaboration skills to work closely with junior sourcing officers, recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams, influence decisions, and maintain partnerships.
Technical proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and emerging recruitment technologies.
Strategic thinking and adaptability to continuously improve sourcing methods and explore new tools, technologies, and partnerships.
