The HR Business Partner has a transformational role to the business. The HRBP provides advice to Senior Ops Managers and Heads of Departments and serves as a consultant to management on HR-related issues. Analyses trends and metrics and gives advice to the Business.

Role Specific:

• Provides advice to Senior Ops Managers on employee satisfaction, performance management, attendance, rewards, recognition, grievance and other people-related matters
• Conducts regular meetings with Senior Ops Managers/Heads of Department
• Prepares and maintains reports and analysis on people-related metrics
• Manages case reviews with Senior Ops Managers/Heads of Department
• Supports and facilitates employee engagement activities and action plans
• Develops and carries out engagement and retention strategy with business owners
• Supports and facilitates global initiatives and employee engagement campaigns
• Conducts exit interviews and provides analysis and feedback to business leaders
• Manages High-level cases
• Supports European-wide and global initiatives
• Deep dives into absence and attrition issues and other concerns relating to operations KPIs
• Supports resolving account-wide concerns
• Prepares and maintains data analysis to understand business need, building these into strategic plans
• Be a main HR point of contact for Senior Ops Managers and Heads of Department


• Relevant university degree
• Knowledge in Bulgarian Labor Law and related legislation
• Professional experience in Human Resources
• Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
• Fluency in English language
• MS Office
• HRIS experience is an advantage
• Good business sense
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to understand business decisions and build productive relationships with managers
• Influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
