As a Customer Support Speciaslist you will:
Manage communication with clients for an online betting platform and provide excellent customer service via live chat, email, and phone;
Assist customers with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and bet queries;
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Key skills we're looking for:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish/Portuguese/German/Turkish;
Fluency in English;
Passion for betting,sports and gaming;
Knowledge or experience of online gambling industry;
Proactive and dynamic personality, with good attitude towards the clients;
Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude.
