We are seeking a PMO Process Analyst to join our team and help improve Project Management practices across the organization. This includes analysis of current project management practices, identification of areas for improvement; designing and leading the implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires strong understanding of project management approaches and methodologies as well as a keen eye for process improvement opportunities. The role will report into the Process and Governance Manager.

Job Specification



Analyse and assess current project management practices and procedures, identifying areas for improvement;
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and make decisions;
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the organization’s project management capabilities;
Develop and maintain project management policies, procedures and best practices, making sure they are up to date and align with industry standards;
Develop and maintain document templates in sync with the project management policies and procedures, as well as with company standards and specific project requirements;
Provide training and support to project teams and stakeholders on project management policies and procedures;
Create user guides and training materials;
Collaborate with PMO team members to ensure consistency of project management practices across the organization;
Be familiar with the Processes during the full project lifecycle and how they relate to Apex projects;
Project Controls and reporting

Provides analytical, reporting, and support to senior management, identifying trends and issues, and making recommendations for improvement;
Work with management to develop KPIs and dashboards;
Support with other team-specific operational tasks;
Take part in Quality Gate Reviews with PMO team members and Project Managers to ensure project standards are applied and project documentation is saved;


Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field;
5+ years of experience in process improvement, or a related field;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities;
Deep knowledge of project management approaches and methodologies;
Excellent communication skills required at all levels. Must be able to interact with senior leadership;
Effective presentation style for all levels of stakeholders;
Experience in change management;
Kaizen experience will be considered an advantage;
Ability to work well in a fast-paced multicultural global work environment;
Proficiency in MS Office products including MS Project;
Strong attention to detail is a preferred qualification for this position.
