Credit & Reconciliation Support Officer
Role Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Employment Type: Permanent
The Role & Key Responsibilities
As a Credit & Reconciliation Support Officer, you will be responsible to manage the different kind of reconciliation steps for cash and securities, credit assessment of outgoing payments and the preparation of regulatory reporting’s as follow:

Responsibilities:
Reconciliation of cash positions (internal versus sub custodian)
Reconciliation of financial instruments positions (internal versus sub custodian)
Daily monitoring of blocked outgoing payments due to credit limit breaches
Daily monitoring of Credit Reporting package (e.g. Overdrafts, Limits, Valuation of Collateral)
Weekly update of debit interests
Support creation of regulatory reporting (e.g. QI, EMIR. MIFID, FATCA, CRS)
Support on preparing files for ETD an OTC Collateral Management process.
Any other duty, which is instructed directly by the managing directors in accordance with Article 6.2 of the employment agreement.

Experience and skills:
University degree in Banking/ Finance /Accounting or similar;
Excellent English spoken and written communication skills;
Very good computer literacy;
Understanding the banking industry;
Good understanding of the Custody business;
Customer Focus;
Concern for Quality;
Willingness and ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;
Adherence to procedures;
Attention to detail;
