For one of our clients, a fast-moving IT Company, we are currently looking for:

Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing campaigns through various online marketing channels to drive lead generation in support of corporate goals. The specialist will also have a primary focus on planning, strategy, execution, maintenance and optimization of PPC advertising and its alignment to SEO in support of lead generation for key segments.

Main responsibilities:

Use PPC to increase qualified leads for the market;
Use various software programs to measure the growth and effectiveness of PPC and to recommend areas of improvement for campaign performance;
Manage spend and launch effective campaigns.
Effectively manage online projects requests to meet or exceed expectations, and deliver quality work on time;
Expand knowledge of basic online Marketing tools, trends and best practices regularly
monitor demand programs with the Marketing Manager, to recommend changes and improvements for increased demand;
Maintain and perform routine content updates to the BULPROS websites using the content management system;
Manage Google Analytics and Google AdWords programs;
Assist the Marketing Manager with the preparation of analytic reports on web, email marketing, paid search, social media and other online marketing initiatives;
Manage social media accounts – create and manage campaign;
Social media content management and channels growth;
Handle specific projects as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:

Proactive and able to work independently;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bulgarian;
Ability to meet project deadlines and exceed key performance indicators;
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure;
A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work;
Ability to work well within a team environment;
Must have experience using Google Analytics and AdWords;
Must have experience using Social Media Channels;
Marketing Automation Software experience required (MailChimp, Aweber, Active campaign or similar software);
CMS experience is a plus;
Basic HTML and CSS are a plus;
Knowledge in SEO is a plus.
