Junior Lead Generation Specialist – Digital Payments & POS


Your key responsibilities will include:

You will drive the business growth by identifying new leads and expanding the network of merchants across Sofia, Bulgaria. You will introduce and present company's POS terminals and Android-based payment solutions to prospective clients, proactively generate new leads through outbound outreach, and build long-term relationship with the merchants and business partners. Last but not leasr, you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact and first meeting to negotiating terms and closing deals, playing a key role in establishing and growing the company's presence in the local market.



Expected knowledge, expertise and skills:

- 1-2 years of previous B2B sales experience in SaaS, FinTech, digital payments, POS, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Confidence in negotiation and relationship building.
- Availability for in-person client meetings across Sofia.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
