The purpose of the position is to own, manage and continuously improve the Record to Report process area incl. defining the RTR process strategy, performance measures and process standards. To ensure compliance with IFRS, Cargotec business needs, corporate policies and controls.

Main tasks and responsibilities :

• Responsible for defining the end-to-end process, performance measures, internal controls, business rules, standards and policies
• Ensure end-to-end thinking in all tasks conducted
• Provide process specific documentation, expertise and guidance for process analysis and improvement to the colleagues (act as subject matter expert for the specific end-to-end process)
• Develop KPIs and measurements to assess and manage the performance of the end-to-end
process
• Deliver against the KPIs and measurements of the process areas
• Lead process standardisation and harmonization through continuous improvement (incl.
automation and robotics)
• Prioritise process development activities
• Identify new improvement opportunities
• Use benchmarking to create and share leading practices
• Ensure service is delivered with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and in accordance with
the SLA
• Up-date SLA and operational metrics accordng to changes
• Maintain constant focus on customer satisfaction
• Participate in transition activities when applicable
• All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or another relevant
discipline

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience with RТR process area in an international environment - accounting and
reporting processes, standards, as well as IFRS interpretation
• Significant experience in service design projects involving process modelling & reengineering
• Significant experience in continual improvement projects involving changes to processes and
technology


Competencies:

• Project/change management, service management and operational excellence skills
• Quality Management and Continual Improvement methodologies (relevant certifications are an
asset)
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of process modelling and data analytics tools
• Courage to implement with the determination and ability to influence various stakeholders
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required, other languages being an asset
• Willing to travel and international mind-set.
